About the role

• Senior Full Stack Developer focusing on backend development of AI-driven telemedicine platform. Leading an international development team and implementing secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership of an international development team - You coach and coordinate external developers in a distributed, cross-functional team and ensure consistent processes and quality standards
• Architecture and design of enterprise solutions - You design clean, scalable system architectures and create well-founded technical concepts from scratch in coordination with our product management team
• Implementation of a robust Secure Development Lifecycle - You establish and improve security processes across the entire development chain
• Top-level quality assurance - You ensure excellent test coverage and documentation standards compliant with medical regulations
• Hands-on development of complex backend systems - You actively contribute to development and stay technically up to date

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in enterprise software development with a focus on processes, quality and security
• Expertise in Java/Kotlin as a prerequisite for backend development
• Experience in technical team leadership and conceptual design - You can independently develop, document and communicate complex technical concepts
• Solid understanding of Secure Development - from threat modeling to secure implementation
• Knowledge of test automation and CI/CD - You live "Testing first" and automated deployments
• Basic frontend knowledge (Vue/React) desirable - to understand the entire application landscape
• Strong communication skills in German and English - to successfully coordinate international teams
• Passion for quality and clean code - especially important in a regulated medical environment
