Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business plans, feasibility studies, and commercial decisions
- Assist with company valuations
- Support clients through mergers and acquisitions, including valuations, deal structuring, and financial due diligence
- Prepare business plans, feasibility reports, and funding proposals
- Advise clients on funding opportunities and guide them throughout the process
- Prepare and present clear, concise, and well-structured reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- MQF Level 6 qualification (or equivalent) in Accountancy, Banking & Finance, Economics, or Management
- CFA qualification is a plus
- Experience in advisory or corporate finance is advantageous
- Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong report writing skills
- Excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English, written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
