Responsibilities
- Manage all core finance functions – accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and cash flow management
- Manage compliance with statutory obligations, tax regulations and audit coordination.
- Implement robust internal controls and financial processes to scale operations effectively
- Partner with leadership to assess financial implications of business decisions and investments
- Lead and co-ordinate financial due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions and partnerships
- Support negotiations and integration activities during M&A transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and risk mitigation
- Drive improvements in finance systems, analysis tools, and reporting dashboards to enhance decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance & Accounting
- Minimum 7 years of finance experience with significant exposure to software companies
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities with attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP solutions
- Hands-on experience with Advanced Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience using data visualization and business intelligence tools like PowerBI or Tableau is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in fast-growing environment
