About the role

  • Senior Executive-Customer Care Non-Voice role analyzing emails and data entry to assist clients. Requires customer service experience and strong email writing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Email analysis and support
  • Data entry for efficient reporting
  • Assist client specific tasks such as cancellation and issuance of remediation refund/s

Requirements

  • Candidates with upto 24 months of exp in any customer service in any BPO/Non BPO from any insurance background.
  • Any graduates to be considered for this role.
  • Candidates with prior exp in email writing support will be preferred.
  • Very good emails writing skills needed
  • B2-8 should be the CEF criteria
