- Demonstrated experience building and operating AI and ML solutions
- Hands-on experience with Databricks MLflow for model tracking
- Experience designing or implementing prompt-based AI agents
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Modern UI development capability, including React
- Experience leading development efforts in Agile delivery models
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
