About the role

  • Support or act as the primary contact for daily delivery team and client
  • Build relationships with important client partners and other teams to ensure campaign schedules and processes are clear and followed
  • Run internal and external client meetings
  • Observe and identity areas to improve existing processes
  • Bring guidance and operational efficiencies to the delivery team
  • View of bigger picture and disseminating information to the appropriate parties for execution
  • Find and address potential delivery risks
  • Remain extremely focused on detail while managing multiple email campaigns simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 6+ years related agency experience, specifically within digital marketing or marketing operations
  • Must have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with client-facing responsibilities and with giving client presentations
  • Knowledge of contracts and managing a SOW, along with scope creation and management
  • Use business experience / knowledge to identify new business and marketing opportunities
  • Experience leading teams
