About the role
- Provide database administration support for legal accounts
- Manage Microsoft SQL Server 2019 and 2022 including security, tables, indexes, stored procedures, and maintenance jobs
- Design and create SQL reports using SSRS and setup reporting servers
- Create and maintain databases in a Clustered Server environment and apply expert data-model design
- Implement redundancy and high-availability solutions: mirroring, log shipping, backups and recovery
- Facilitate migration of systems to cloud infrastructure and upgrade SQL Server versions
- Integrate data lakes, data warehouse and data mart architectures with legacy systems
- Be responsible for all DBA functions and report development utilizing software systems architecture and design

- Top Secret Clearance Required
- Manage Microsoft SQL Server 2019 and 2022: security, tables, indexes, stored procedures
- Design SQL reports and create maintenance jobs
- Apply best practices for optimizing databases
- Create and maintain databases in a Clustered Server environment
- Expert knowledge of design, development and maintenance of data models
- Working knowledge of data lakes, data warehouse and data mart architectures
- Metadata and data modeling, data flow, entity relationship diagrams, schema architectures
- Proficiency with query languages to integrate with legacy infrastructure
- Mirror database servers, log shipping, redundancy, high availability, backup and recovery for SQL Server 2019/2022
- Facilitate migration of systems into cloud infrastructure
- Upgrade SQL Servers from lower versions to 2019+ and create SSRS reports
- Setup reporting server and perform all DBA functions and report development
