Responsibilities
Oversight and management of an assigned group of Wealth Management Advisors.
Grows and maintains strong client and participant relationships evidenced through increased wallet share, product appropriateness, and net promoter scores.
Ensures the delivery of a seamless client experience through coaching the team to adopt the prescribed engagement practices.
Establish relationships across all touch points to ensure advocacy for client/participant needs.
Ensures client facing advisors are utilizing TIAA’s broad range of resources.

FINRA Registrations: Series 7; Series 63; Series 65; Series 66; Series 24 or Series 9/10
