Responsibilities
Lead the development of the FY26 Talent to Value roadmap
Establish a team intake process to prioritize and manage T2V projects
Partner with Data and Analytics COE to create a quarterly T2V scorecard
Own annual ELT and executive development & succession process
Develop thought leadership content to support T2V integration
Design and facilitate workshops to help leaders understand T2V principles
Establish and lead Communities of Practice to foster collaboration
Develop a centralized knowledge management system to share insights
Requirements
10+ years’ experience in talent management, organizational design, HR Business Partnership and/or leadership development
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and measurable outcomes
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence executive audiences
Demonstrated ability to create compelling content and deliver effective training and presentations
Deep organizational design experience required
