About the role

  • Senior Director responsible for developing talent strategies for healthcare solutions company. Leading T2V roadmap and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the FY26 Talent to Value roadmap
  • Establish a team intake process to prioritize and manage T2V projects
  • Partner with Data and Analytics COE to create a quarterly T2V scorecard
  • Own annual ELT and executive development & succession process
  • Develop thought leadership content to support T2V integration
  • Design and facilitate workshops to help leaders understand T2V principles
  • Establish and lead Communities of Practice to foster collaboration
  • Develop a centralized knowledge management system to share insights

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in talent management, organizational design, HR Business Partnership and/or leadership development
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and measurable outcomes
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence executive audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling content and deliver effective training and presentations
  • Deep organizational design experience required
