Responsibilities

Requirements
7+ years of progressive experience in Promotional Strategy, Reinvestment Strategy, or Consumer Analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Deep, proven experience in B2C Commercial Analytics, including significant work in pricing optimization, promotional modeling, and/or budget allocation to drive maximum ROI.
Demonstrated experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing, specifically owning the strategic execution across channels (email, SMS, push).
Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of interpreting complex commercial data, building financial models, and translating insights into a cohesive, high-impact reinvestment strategy.
