Requirements
7+ years of experience working in a professional environment in a similar position
3+ years of experience in the insurance industry preferred
3+ years of experience in a leadership role preferred
Curious problem solver who enjoys answering ambiguous questions and providing relevant recommendations for improvement
Advanced skills with Tableau or Power BI to use data to tell a comprehensive story and allow self-directed guided user driven analysis
Python or R or other programming language
SQL to query relational databases
Ability to apply descriptive analytics to analyze data and validate assumptions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to partner with business stakeholders
Dynamic leadership capabilities to set a forward-looking vision for team and establish development plans to achieve needed outcomes
Ability to coordinate a large portfolio of work
Experience with process improvement principles are a plus
