Responsibilities
Manage the most complex, highest exposure Employment Practices Liability, Private and Not-For-Profit D&O
Manage an inventory of the most complex EPL and Private and Not-For-Profit D&O
Ensure exceptional customer service by driving continuous improvements
Drive the resolution of claims by collaborating with internal and external business partners
Achieve quality standards by effectively managing each claim
Prepare and present high profile, complex information to senior leadership, customers, counsel, and others and coordinate communication of resolution strategies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, JD Preferred
Typically a ten years of relevant or related experience
Must have or be able to obtain and maintain an Insurance Adjuster License within 90 days of hire, where applicable
Expert knowledge of Specialty insurance industry, products, policy language, coverage, and claim practices
Extensive experience interpreting Specialty insurance policies and coverage
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn business-related software
