About the role
- Senior Director of Finance overseeing revenue and cost management for North America Ecommerce. Leading financial strategy and cross-functional teams to enhance profitability and growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting and forecasting for all revenue and COGS P&L lines across Ecommerce.
- Develop and maintain driver-based P&L models to support scenario planning and strategic decision-making.
- Partner with Demand Planning and Operations teams to align forecasts with business drivers and market dynamics.
- Challenge business assumptions to improve profitability and drive sustainable growth.
- Drive predictive analytics and elevate forecasting from trend-based to driver-based methodologies.
- Support strategic initiatives including profit improvement projects, and ROI analysis.
- Collaborate with FP&A, Marketing Finance, Supply Chain, and League Finance teams to ensure cohesive financial planning and reporting.
- Provide data-driven insights to influence pricing, promotions, and merchandising strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles in ecommerce or retail.
- 5+ years of experience working with senior-level management teams
- Retail Industry-specific experience preferred
