About the role
- Senior Director leading JLL's Consulting practice in organizational and operating model transformation initiatives for real estate functions. Guiding clients in optimizing structures and driving measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex consulting engagements that design operating models to transform client real estate and FM functions using JLL's proven methodologies
- Apply our best-in-class frameworks to meet the needs of our leading clients, delivering enterprise-wide real estate transformations across different industries and environments
- Guide clients through real estate organizational transitions including operating model redesign, organizational restructuring, and process improvements
- Design organizational structures and operating models that transform real estate and facilities management functions
- Develop operating models for real estate functions including organizational restructuring, capability building, process improvements, and FM integration
- Lead organizational design projects that transform how real estate and FM functions operate and create value
- Support business development through proposals, RFPs, and client presentations on real estate transformation and operating models
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Strategy, Change Management, Organizational Development, Operations Management, or related field
- 10-15 years of experience in consulting or industry roles with demonstrable focus on organizational transformation, facilities management strategy, operational design, and change management initiatives
- Proven expertise in client advisory with specialization in organizational design, facilities management optimization, transformation program design, and implementation
- Deep understanding of facilities management operations, organizational design principles, service delivery models, and governance structures
- Experience with facilities management outsourcing, insourcing transitions, and organizational restructuring initiatives
- Strong track record developing and implementing strategies for large corporate clients
- Superior executive presence with exceptional presentation, communication, and storytelling capabilities
- Project management experience
- Mastery of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and understanding of facilities management systems
