Responsibilities
- Advise clients' top management on complex transformation programs and strategic organizational realignment, with a focus on production and supply chain
- Analyze and optimize processes, systems, and organization in manufacturing environments (including capacity management, production footprint, efficiency improvements, cost reduction, and digitization)
- Lead workshops with technical staff and management to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop target-state concepts and actively implement optimization measures together with the client to improve operational performance
- Lead projects with a high level of responsibility and opportunity to shape outcomes
- Project planning, control, and client reporting
- Lead and train employees
- Actively contribute to the further development of the Business Transformation practice
Requirements
- Strong academic background, preferably in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in management consulting, including leading complex projects, preferably in a manufacturing environment (automotive and/or industrial goods)
- Expert knowledge in the analysis and optimization of processes (especially production) and organization, including confident application of Lean methods, Six Sigma, or similar
- Ideally experience with PowerApps and Power BI
- Preferably initial experience in project acquisition and business development
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills and a structured working approach
- Excellent communication skills, team player, and strong client orientation
- Business-fluent German and English and a high willingness to travel
