Requirements
- Sehr gute akademische Qualifikation, vorzugsweise mit Fachrichtung Wirtschaft
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Strategie- oder Managementberatung mit Fokus auf Banken oder mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in beratender Funktion in der internen Strategieabteilung
- Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Transformationsprojekten im Bankenumfeld
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Strategie, Business Transformation und Operational Excellence
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
