- Work with engineers, architects, manufacturers, and subcontractors.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business, or related discipline required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years in project management required, leading project development/execution for facility or site development with full responsibility.
- Skills: Strong leadership, construction/engineering knowledge, permitting (environmental in particular), PM tools proficiency, cost management, and stakeholder communication.
- Tools: Microsoft Office and project management platforms (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet).
- Safety: OSHA familiarity a plus.
