About the role

  • Lead digital experience strategy for a large business unit or complex solution to find efficiencies and ensure scalable approaches
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Management, Technology, Sales, Operations, and Finance to identify growth opportunities and drive product innovation
  • Develop and manage a long-term roadmap that delivers measurable OKRs tied to business strategy
  • Prioritize roadmap across multiple business units leveraging business goals, data, and industry information
  • Draft requirements and partner with design and development teams
  • Improve digital products based on performance analysis
  • Deliver product work under an Agile, Scrum and Iterative framework
  • Balance needs of customers and stakeholders and articulate outcomes
  • Act as the digital experience subject matter expert across a portfolio of products and solutions
  • Identify user needs and pain points and translate them into detailed user stories for development
  • Provide strategic direction on content optimization, personalization and testing strategies
  • Analyze product performance, conduct market research, and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
  • Mentor other product managers and guide them to utilize research, data and product management best practices
  • Work closely with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch
  • Test new features and facilitate stakeholder testing to ensure product stability
  • Communicate product updates and insights to stakeholders and stay current with industry trends and competitor products

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in digital product management
  • Proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle and driving product initiatives from concept to completion autonomously
  • Experience with analytics, roadmaps, and scaling product features
  • Advanced understanding of product management practices, user-centered design, and business models
  • Experience improving digital products based on performance analysis
  • Experience delivering under an Agile, Scrum and Iterative framework
  • Ability to prioritize roadmaps across multiple business units leveraging business goals, data, and industry information
  • Ability to draft requirements and partner with design and development
  • Experience with content optimization, personalization and testing strategies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, decision-making, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to articulate a business case to stakeholders at all levels
  • Mentoring or leadership experience guiding other product managers
