About the role

  • Set the strategic direction for your Category Pillar across multiple ranges
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to in-market performance
  • Shape a consumer-led product roadmap grounded in insights and data
  • Drive commercial outcomes — P&L, GM%, EBIT, ROI
  • Partner with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to deliver quality and innovation
  • Mentor Senior Product Managers and Product Managers, helping them grow and thrive
  • Work cross-functionally with Design, Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, QA, and more
  • Bring bold new ideas to life and champion Private Label growth

Requirements

  • 7+ years in product management, category development, or private label
  • A proven track record of developing and launching winning products
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Experience leading cross-functional programs or mentoring product teams
  • Confidence managing suppliers, negotiations, and compliance requirements
  • A passion for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Product Design, or similar (preferred)
