About the role

  • Be the Digital & Media Manager of selected brands
  • Coordinate and influence cross-functional and cross-country teams (global & local)
  • Lead the responsible media agency to develop best-in-class strategies in different markets
  • Execute digital content for advertising campaigns ensuring alignment with brand objectives
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to inform future campaign strategies
  • Support the brand in content adaptation across various (digital) platforms
  • Support brand teams in influencer marketing to make our brands visible

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in digital marketing as well as traditional media
  • Demonstrated experience in executing (digital) advertising campaigns across various platforms
  • Very good media landscape knowledge in east Europe
  • Fluency in English is required and fluency in Polish is advantageous
  • Working with OTC products is a plus
  • Passionate about (digital) media & marketing, social media, and digital brands
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, eg. business manager
