- Senior designer leading Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) practice at BrandBourg. Driving innovative design solutions and leading creative development for consumer brands in a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the creative development of packaging designs from concept through production
- Actively participate in the design development of creative concepts for CPG projects
- Lead and mentor design teams including graphic designers and production artists
- Ensure design excellence across all touchpoints — including packaging, POS, trade materials, and shopper marketing
- Serve as the primary creative contact for key CPG accounts
- Build trusted relationships with brand managers, marketing directors, and R&D partners
- Stay current on CPG industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- 10+ years in brand/packaging design, with focus on CPG categories
- 4+ years in a senior creative leadership role at a design agency or in-house team
- Portfolio demonstrating successful, market-proven CPG projects
- Excellent knowledge of technological, cultural, and media trends
- Excellent advertising and popular culture knowledge
- Mandatory french/english bilingualism
