Responsibilities
Lead the Factory and drive its growth
Set and carry the Factory’s strategic vision in alignment with executive management
Structure and develop the Factory offering (design, tech, product)
Develop and manage the commercial pipeline of prospects
Be hands-on: produce deliverables, support clients, and resolve pain points
Ensure the quality, relevance, and impact of interventions
Act as the strategic point of contact for key accounts
Understand clients’ business and technology challenges to propose concrete solutions
Co-build innovation journeys, from initial need to implementation
Manage a multidisciplinary team (designers, developers, PO/PM...)
Develop individual and collective skills
Foster a climate of trust, co-creation, and benevolent high standards
Requirements
10+ years of experience in a consulting firm, agency, or studio
Degree from a top engineering, business, or design school
Passionate about experience design, technology, and innovation
Combine strategic vision with a delivery-oriented mindset
Strong background in consulting or agency environments, with a track record of commercial growth and/or BU leadership
Experience managing a P&L and familiarity with business realities (profitability, staffing, delivery, etc.)
Comfortable facilitating executive committees as well as supporting product teams
Recognized for your ability to drive progress, natural leadership, and results-driven culture without sacrificing the human element
Fluent in French and English, written and spoken, to collaborate effectively in international environments
