Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a consulting firm, agency, or design studio
- Degree from a design school, business school, or engineering school
- Strong expertise in experience design and/or product design
- Ability to drive a strategic vision for design
- Experience in business development (ideally on design/product topics)
- Experience managing creative, multidisciplinary teams
- Product mindset and experience with agile delivery
- Awareness of technology and AI applications in design
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
