Reporting to the Sr. Director Customer Success as the technical authority on the Sysdig Platform
Become the customer's go-to advisor and drive adoption and expansion from a technical angle
Own onboarding, implementation and technical enablement for large enterprise environments with scale and performance needs
Understand customer requirements, challenges, and expected business outcomes and value
Work closely with Product Managers to influence the product roadmap
Travel to customer sites in UAE every 4 - 8 weeks
Requirements
Native or excellent Arabic and English language and ability to work in remote and international teams
Track record of owning customer relationships, including implementation and identification of expansion opportunities
5 to 10 years experience as solutions architect, field engineering or similar customer-facing roles such as sales engineering, customer success engineering or DevOps consultant, having worked with SaaS companies
Domain knowledge in Cloud Native technologies: Container, Kubernetes and Cloud
Experience with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Helm and API scripting
Familiarity with security and monitoring such as Prometheus or Falco is a plus
Willingness to visit customers in UAE every 4 - 8 weeks
