About the role

  • Reporting to the Sr. Director Customer Success as the technical authority on the Sysdig Platform
  • Become the customer's go-to advisor and drive adoption and expansion from a technical angle
  • Own onboarding, implementation and technical enablement for large enterprise environments with scale and performance needs
  • Understand customer requirements, challenges, and expected business outcomes and value
  • Work closely with Product Managers to influence the product roadmap
  • Travel to customer sites in UAE every 4 - 8 weeks

Requirements

  • Native or excellent Arabic and English language and ability to work in remote and international teams
  • Track record of owning customer relationships, including implementation and identification of expansion opportunities
  • 5 to 10 years experience as solutions architect, field engineering or similar customer-facing roles such as sales engineering, customer success engineering or DevOps consultant, having worked with SaaS companies
  • Domain knowledge in Cloud Native technologies: Container, Kubernetes and Cloud
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Helm and API scripting
  • Familiarity with security and monitoring such as Prometheus or Falco is a plus
  • Willingness to visit customers in UAE every 4 - 8 weeks
