Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrations and automations using code, APIs, and iPaaS tools
- Develop reusable code and workflows that adhere to best practices and client requirements.
- Partner with business stakeholders to capture integration requirements and document business logic.
- Translate business processes into detailed technical requirements and solution design documentation.
- Create data mapping, transformation, and workflow diagrams to support integration design.
- Use tools like Postman (or similar) for API testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct end-to-end testing of integrations, including unit, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Work directly with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
- Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide ongoing support for deployed integrations, including troubleshooting, enhancements, and performance optimization.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in systems integration, automation, or application development.
- Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms (e.g., Scribe, Boomi, Workato, Celigo, or similar).
- Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and API-based integrations.
- Familiarity with SQL, data mapping, and ETL concepts.
- Experience using Postman or similar tools for API testing and validation.
- Strong documentation skills, including ability to write clear functional and technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and thrive in a client-facing environment.
- Flexibility to work from home while collaborating in person half the time.
