Manage and monitor the Directorate’s portfolio of projects and improvement initiatives, ensuring organization, visibility and control over status, costs, risks, quality and change plans.
Consolidate lessons learned, recommend improvements and disseminate management best practices.
Support the implementation and monitoring of action plans, ensuring deadlines are met and alignment with strategic objectives.
Ensure structured communication of results and metrics for executive forums and follow-up meetings.
Act as the focal point for process governance, applying BPM (Business Process Management) methodologies and continuous improvement practices to promote organization, standardization and operational efficiency.
Map and document end-to-end processes across areas, linking them to job descriptions, work instructions and position backup plans.
Develop and maintain visual flows and documentation that facilitate employees’ understanding and execution of activities.
Ensure processes are aligned with corporate policies, compliance standards and organizational guidelines.
Support and ensure the execution of governance standards defined by management.
Encourage team engagement in continuous process improvement by providing support, metrics and training to enable achievement of planned results.
Support the execution of internal and external customer satisfaction surveys, consolidating results and coordinating action plans.
Conduct monthly results meetings, presenting performance indicators and process governance initiatives.
Support benchmarking research, identifying opportunities and disseminating best practices across areas.
Record and publicize achievements, learnings and significant deliveries, promoting recognition and celebrations with teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Process Management or related fields.
Proven experience in process mapping and redesign (BPMN).
Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum or hybrid approaches).
Familiarity with performance indicators (KPIs), OKRs and results dashboards.
Proficiency in process and flow documentation tools (e.g., Bizagi or Visio).
Intermediate to advanced skills in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and Power BI or Looker Studio.
Analytical and structured profile with systemic thinking and results orientation.
Planning and organizational skills to manage multiple demands and simultaneous deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to consolidate and present information at an executive level.
Collaborative and proactive attitude, with ease in interacting across different areas and hierarchical levels.
Ability to lead discussions and meetings constructively, maintaining a solutions focus.

Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Process Management or Corporate Governance is a plus.
