About the role
- Take responsibility for a functional workstream in global transformation projects and keep track of deliverables and milestones
- Guide and coach people from Bluecrux and the customer; mentor consultants within the workstream
- Follow up to ensure client satisfaction and collaborate across workstreams
- Co-create and design the future planning organization and processes; prepare documentation at process and organizational levels
- Prepare and host client workshops to detect needs, capture challenges and design solutions
- Provide guidance and hands-on contribution during implementation alongside the client
- Work as part of an integrated project team with Bluecrux colleagues, the customer, and the tool provider
- Internally contribute in roles such as people coaching, content development, or commercial activities
- Drive change management and help carry out improvements
Requirements
- Master’s degree in engineering or economics
- MBA is a plus
- 4-8 years of experience in supply chain & operations, including at least 2 years in consulting or project management
- Experience with planning activities and hands-on experience with OMP or Kinaxis
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Willingness to travel globally
- Willingness to work in a hybrid working model
- Valid driver’s license or will obtain within 6 months
- Work authorization for Belgium without visa sponsorship
