About the role

• Consultant implementing SAP solutions for financial services, working with banks and insurers to streamline processes. Provide expertise in data management and project leadership in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

• You advise our clients on the implementation or realignment of modern SAP solutions in the areas of accounting, controlling, regulatory reporting and data management.
• You design robust data models and apply best practices to map processes efficiently and in compliance with regulations — from requirements analysis through customizing and testing to Go-Live — and beyond.
• You support banks and insurers in the transformation and automation of their financial and regulatory processes using SAP FPSL, PaPM or FSDP.
• You help build consistent data architectures and modern reporting structures — ideally also using SAP PowerDesigner.
• Depending on project needs, you may take on team and project leadership responsibilities.
• With your expertise you develop sophisticated functional concepts in the SAP Financial Services area and share your knowledge in internal workshops or training sessions.

Requirements

• You hold a completed degree and have several years of experience in IT consulting with a focus on SAP FPSL or an alternative sub-ledger solution.
• You are familiar with processes around data integration and data management, as well as their functional and technical implementation in SAP.
• You have very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English skills.
• With your strong IT affinity, you are comfortable working with digital solutions.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner, demonstrate initiative and perseverance, and keep a clear focus on priorities.
