About the role
- Lead Sage Intacct implementations and configurations for clients. Manage projects, train users, build integrations, reports, and provide technical support at Armanino.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document system and business requirements
- Setup system and configure according to customer requirements
- Develop test scripts and support customers' testing phase
- Train end users on the Intacct system
- Assist customers with data conversions
- Make recommendations for new processes and procedures
- Develop reports and dashboards utilizing the Intacct tools
- Setup and configure 3rd party integration tools
- Work closely with Sales and Support to coordinate the completion of project tasks
- Provide regular written reports on project status and discuss with customers
- Project manage to keep projects on time and on budget
- Provide technical support to clients as needed
- Contribute to development of new service delivery processes, templates, documentation, and the knowledge base
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of working with accounting or other ERP packages
- Experience with Sage Intacct
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in business or accounting
- Strong project management/customer leadership skills and delivery experience including the ability to develop high-quality project plans and timely deliverables
- Strong software knowledge
- Experience in all areas of installation, configuration, integration, and training is mandatory
- Troubleshooting skills and superb analytical skills; ability to think “outside-the-box” to resolve problems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative skills; ability to engage internal resources across functional departments
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Motivated, self-starter; ability to work with little supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and work on several projects simultaneously
- Understanding of accounting basics and financial accounting processes/principles
- Flexibility to work from home while collaborating in person half the time
