About the role

• Lead Sage Intacct implementations and configurations for clients. Manage projects, train users, build integrations, reports, and provide technical support at Armanino.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document system and business requirements
• Setup system and configure according to customer requirements
• Develop test scripts and support customers' testing phase
• Train end users on the Intacct system
• Assist customers with data conversions
• Make recommendations for new processes and procedures
• Develop reports and dashboards utilizing the Intacct tools
• Setup and configure 3rd party integration tools
• Work closely with Sales and Support to coordinate the completion of project tasks
• Provide regular written reports on project status and discuss with customers
• Project manage to keep projects on time and on budget
• Provide technical support to clients as needed
• Contribute to development of new service delivery processes, templates, documentation, and the knowledge base

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of working with accounting or other ERP packages
• Experience with Sage Intacct
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in business or accounting
• Strong project management/customer leadership skills and delivery experience including the ability to develop high-quality project plans and timely deliverables
• Strong software knowledge
• Experience in all areas of installation, configuration, integration, and training is mandatory
• Troubleshooting skills and superb analytical skills; ability to think “outside-the-box” to resolve problems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative skills; ability to engage internal resources across functional departments
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Motivated, self-starter; ability to work with little supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task and work on several projects simultaneously
• Understanding of accounting basics and financial accounting processes/principles
• Flexibility to work from home while collaborating in person half the time
