- Customer consulting: Selection and implementation of Atlassian tools within client organizations.
- Customization and configuration: Customer-specific customizations and configurations of Atlassian tools, including evaluation of potential add-ons.
- Training and workshops: Teaching employees how to use Atlassian tools through workshops and training sessions.
- Requirements management: Creating and documenting customer requirements in collaboration with the client.
- Concept development: Developing solution concepts based on the gathered requirements.
- Troubleshooting: Resolving complex issues for customers.
Requirements
- Independent administration: Extensive experience administering Jira, Confluence or JSM (Jira Service Management).
- Customer orientation: Strong customer-focused mindset.
- IT affinity & interest in digitization: Strong interest in digitalizing business processes.
- Independent working style: You work independently, carefully and methodically.
- Enjoyment of conceptual work & client contact: Enjoy working on conceptual tasks and interacting with clients.

- Atlassian certification: Ideally you hold a certification for Jira, Confluence or JSM.
- Educational background: Completed vocational training or university degree.
- Quick comprehension: You grasp new information and situations quickly and effectively.
- Language skills: You speak fluent German and English.
