About the role
- Senior Consultant, Process Enablement working with clients to improve business processes at Mosaic. Responsible for analyzing workflows and implementing improvements with strategic thinking.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate existing processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Facilitate workshops with client subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Gather, document, and maintain business requirements using Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications.
- Develop and document clear process maps and workflow visualizations to effectively communicate business processes.
- Ensure alignment of business processes with project and organizational goals through data collection and evaluation.
- Support business process reviews, utilizing various media formats such as process flows, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations.
Requirements
- Proven ability to develop business requirements, process mapping, instructional documentation, and presentations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating business processes, workflows, and operational efficiencies.
- Experience preparing and facilitating workshops and focus groups.
- Experience developing business requirements.
- Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations.
- Demonstrated skills in process mapping.
- Demonstrated ability to gather data, perform data analysis, and draw conclusions to improve operational efficiencies.
- Knowledge of business modeling terminology.
- Experience in regulated industries such as utilities or financial services is a plus.
