About the role

• Senior Consultant/Manager involved in innovative production strategies for global clients. Collaborating with executives to optimize production and value creation in an international context.

Responsibilities

• As an (experienced) consultant, you independently develop innovative and future-proof strategies and concepts within a motivated team to optimally align and shape the production and value-creation networks of our globally operating clients.
• Together with our clients, you define the path to efficient and flexible value-creation structures and support top management during implementation.
• You apply established methods and analyze the performance and effectiveness of our clients' current production strategy and production network.
• Depending on experience, you take on (partial) project responsibility and work as part of the innovation team.
• As a member of the Competence Center Operations, you continuously develop our consulting methods and tools and share your best-practice approaches.

Requirements

• Several years of consulting experience in production (e.g., cost reduction or efficiency improvement programs, design of production facilities and production strategies, etc.) and/or in a corresponding strategic or operational line role within an industrial company.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• A successfully completed degree in engineering or business administration.
• You question assumptions, possess strong analytical skills, and have an innovative and creative approach to problem-solving.
• You demonstrate a confident presence, entrepreneurial thinking, and a high degree of team- and customer-orientation with strong commitment and readiness to perform, as well as the flexibility and mobility required in consulting.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English.
