About the role
- Senior Consultant/Manager involved in innovative projects in production and logistics with TMG Consultants. Engaging in transformation processes of manufacturing companies in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- You develop technically sound solutions from the initial concept through to detailed design – from production halls and central warehouses to administrative buildings
- You work interdisciplinarily with adjacent Competence Centers such as Production, Logistics & SCM
- You lead project teams with both technical and commercial responsibility
- You take on project management for complex, exciting and innovative industrial construction projects in service phases 1–4 of the HOAI
- You act as the primary point of contact for the client
- You communicate reliably, precisely and purposefully with internal and external stakeholders
- You actively contribute to the further development of our Factory Planning Competence Center
Requirements
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- A successfully completed degree in engineering, business administration or architecture
- Ideally, experience with Autodesk Revit
- Technical know-how and an understanding of functional relationships
- Knowledge of project controlling is an advantage
- You question things, have strong analytical skills and an innovative, creative approach to problem-solving
- Strong communication skills in both German and English
- Willingness to travel within Germany and Europe
