Responsibilities
You develop technically sound solutions from the initial concept through to detailed design – from production halls and central warehouses to administrative buildings
You work interdisciplinarily with adjacent Competence Centers such as Production, Logistics & SCM
You lead project teams with both technical and commercial responsibility
You take on project management for complex, exciting and innovative industrial construction projects in service phases 1–4 of the HOAI
You act as the primary point of contact for the client
You communicate reliably, precisely and purposefully with internal and external stakeholders
You actively contribute to the further development of our Factory Planning Competence Center
Requirements
Excellent project management and organizational skills
A successfully completed degree in engineering, business administration or architecture
Ideally, experience with Autodesk Revit
Technical know-how and an understanding of functional relationships
Knowledge of project controlling is an advantage
You question things, have strong analytical skills and an innovative, creative approach to problem-solving
Strong communication skills in both German and English
Willingness to travel within Germany and Europe
