About the role

• Senior Consultant/Manager involved in innovative projects in production and logistics with TMG Consultants. Engaging in transformation processes of manufacturing companies in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• You develop technically sound solutions from the initial concept through to detailed design – from production halls and central warehouses to administrative buildings
• You work interdisciplinarily with adjacent Competence Centers such as Production, Logistics & SCM
• You lead project teams with both technical and commercial responsibility
• You take on project management for complex, exciting and innovative industrial construction projects in service phases 1–4 of the HOAI
• You act as the primary point of contact for the client
• You communicate reliably, precisely and purposefully with internal and external stakeholders
• You actively contribute to the further development of our Factory Planning Competence Center

Requirements

• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• A successfully completed degree in engineering, business administration or architecture
• Ideally, experience with Autodesk Revit
• Technical know-how and an understanding of functional relationships
• Knowledge of project controlling is an advantage
• You question things, have strong analytical skills and an innovative, creative approach to problem-solving
• Strong communication skills in both German and English
• Willingness to travel within Germany and Europe
