About the role

• Consultant in IT Contract & Provider Management for medium and large enterprises. Advising on compliance, efficiency enhancement, and continuous development of organization and processes.

Responsibilities

• As a Consultant in IT Contract & Provider Management, you advise clients ranging from mid-sized companies to large corporations on IT provider and contract topics as well as Software Asset Management.
• You support our clients in complying with relevant internal and external regulations and in increasing efficiency across their provider landscape, contract portfolio, or individual vendors.
• After the initial optimization, you continuously develop the related organization, processes, and systems at our clients.
• You contribute your methodological expertise in project, process, and risk management.
• Internally, you regularly participate in our knowledge management formats to exchange insights on market developments and to mentor junior colleagues.

Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training (e.g., IT systems salesperson) and/or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in (business) computer science, economics, business administration, social sciences, or natural sciences
• Minimum 1–3 years of practical experience in consulting or a line role in IT vendor management / IT provider management / IT contract management
• Knowledge and experience in process organization (contract management, provider management, and procurement)
• Experience in the operational and strategic selection, management, and evaluation of IT service providers
• Experience with contract management tools and an interest in AI are desirable
• Strong analytical mindset and a good understanding of business contexts and figures
• Goal-oriented, independent working style with a team-player mentality
• Very good German and English skills (business fluent)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
