Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience at a leading consulting firm or in another high-performance environment
- Interest in the healthcare industry or technology strategy is essential; prior experience is an advantage
- Completed master’s degree, or equivalent additional professional experience beyond a bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset through successful implementation of your own initiatives
- Ability to think analytically and creatively with a structured approach to developing outputs
- Unwavering attention to detail and quality to deliver top-tier results that provide value to clients
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills with an understanding of different audiences
- Business-fluent proficiency in German and English
