- Senior Complex Director managing large and intricate casualty claims for AIG. Overseeing investigations and litigation, while delivering exceptional service to clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Handle largest and most complex Casualty claims in the industry
- Review coverage under Excess Commercial General liability and auto policies
- Participate in the investigation of claims
- Attend mediations and trials
- Assess liability and damages
- Recommend reserves
- Present large value cases to senior management
Requirements
- 8+ years of Commercial/Industry claims experience preferred
- Excellent communication ability (verbal/written)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Advanced experience in litigation claims management including ADR and mediation process
- Property and Casualty adjusting licenses required and must be obtained within 6 months
