About the role

  • Partner with the sales team to identify strategic opportunities and drive business growth across key accounts.
  • Serve as the **main point of contact** for clients, managing campaign execution, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Deliver actionable insights through quantitative and qualitative analysis of campaign results (budget, creative, ROI, and KPIs).
  • Optimize account performance to increase investment and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Ensure a **first-class client experience**, maintaining service-level excellence and operational efficiency.
  • Educate clients and agencies on Google Ads solutions, new product features, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to build and implement creative, high-impact campaign strategies.
  • Support the team in identifying and developing innovative ad solutions that align with client goals.
  • Manage relationships with key agencies and brand partners, fostering trust, growth, and partnership.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations and feedback to improve campaign effectiveness and inform product development.
  • Maintain accurate campaign documentation, asset tracking, and reporting workflows.

Requirements

  • **3+ years** of experience in client solutions, account management, or digital campaign management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Advertising, Business, or Technology**.
  • Deep understanding of the **digital advertising ecosystem** and a passion for the Google Ads platform.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you love finding insights in data.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in **English** and **Bengali** (both written and spoken).
