About the role

  • Support implementation, configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of Quote-to-Cash tools and integrations with Salesforce and other systems
  • Consult with stakeholders across departments to gather and analyze requirements and assess business needs
  • Turn complex business requirements into robust, intelligent, and scalable solutions
  • Collaborate with System Administrators and Developers to deliver scalable, integrated solutions
  • Work cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Product, Engineering, and Finance on strategic initiatives
  • Identify areas for process improvement, optimization, and scalability
  • Provide and cultivate a positive support experience to GTM applications end users
  • Keep up to date with Salesforce and other system releases and best practices to recommend improvements
  • Document system configuration and administrative processes; develop process flows, SOPs, and other documentation
  • Perform quality assurance testing and monitor data quality and integrity
  • Support user acceptance testing and deployment/release plans
  • Manage incoming requests, tickets, and escalations
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or relevant discipline
  • Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience
  • 3+ years of experience with Quote-to-Cash/CPQ tools (Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, Subskribe etc.)
  • Experience administering or supporting Quote-to-Cash systems (CPQ and Billing)
  • Proven business and technical acumen to translate business requirements into functional system designs
  • Excellent consultative questioning and listening skills
  • Meticulous organization, attention to detail, and strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to consult and work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and scope
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Self-motivated, independent, and deadline-oriented
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI
  • Bonus: Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification
