- Support organizational performance excellence through disciplined application of process improvement methodologies.

- Perform Data Analysis activities as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelors in Science (STEM) and 12 years of aerospace, defense, or other product development industry experience or 10 Years with Masters (STEM) in aerospace, defense, or other product development industry experience.
- Must have exceptional attention to detail.
- Must have advanced Excel skills.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to write complete, concise, and accurate content.
- Must have highly effective time management skills, including the ability to set and manage multiple deadlines, anticipate issues, and escalate potential problems as needed.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance, and SCI approval/access.
- Experience in Industrial Engineering or Systems Engineering.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) Certification.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification.
- Experience using process modeling tools (UPN modeling language) to identify, capture, define, and analyze business processes.
- Understanding of hierarchical and sequential process modeling concepts/techniques.
- Experience facilitating and participating in process improvement efforts.
- Experience working within cross-functional teams.
- Broad, enterprise-wide view and understanding of strategy, processes and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance.
- Strong business acumen and proven track record of providing innovative solutions.
