  • Staff Systems Engineer at Northrop Grumman ensuring technical rigor across all program life cycle phases. Engaging with high-level customers and leading integration efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Drive technical rigor into work products for all phases of the program life cycle
  • Support the Program Technical Integration team within SEIT PE&O
  • Interact and present to internal and external customers
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment with competing priorities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) with 12 years of experience; or Master's degree with 10 years of experience; or PhD with 8 years of experience
  • Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance
  • 5 years of Systems Engineering experience required
  • 1+ years of experience in the full life cycle of Systems Engineering
  • 3+ years experience in program management, engineering, and software configuration
  • 3+ years experience working development, production and/or sustainment programs
  • 3+ years experience/Training in Earned Value Management
  • 3+ years experience with BOE creation and modifications
  • 3+ years briefing leadership and providing status both down and in and up and out
  • 3+ years Familiarity with Agile practices and the Atlassian/JIRA suite
