Responsibilities
- Lead projects from the discovery phase, through backlog prioritization, to execution in the development pipeline, ensuring deliveries aligned with business objectives.
- Apply agile methodologies to organize and accelerate project progress.
- Act with a sense of priority and a 360° view, connecting technical, business and regulatory areas.
- Maintain ongoing technical contact with development, architecture and security teams to ensure feasibility and scalability of solutions.
- Lead tokenization initiatives for CDBs, bank assets and other financial products, evaluating technical, regulatory and market aspects.
- Translate financial concepts for technical teams and vice versa, fostering alignment across areas.
- Support the creation and execution of roadmaps for new businesses, with a focus on innovation (20% of the portfolio).
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
- Advanced English.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Solid experience in project management, from discovery through to production support of products and services, following agile methodology.
- Deep knowledge and experience with key financial market products, such as CCB, CDB, CRI, CRA and/or capital markets, including equities, fixed income and derivatives, to identify opportunities and risks in innovation projects.
- Experience mediating and interfacing between strategic areas, including Business, Technology, Legal and other departments.
- Ability to identify opportunities to apply blockchain to financial products, such as asset tokenization and automation of banking processes.
- Knowledge of blockchain technology, its applications and Smart Contracts.
