About the role
- Digital Asset Management Specialist responsible for managing and maintaining digital assets for CYBEX. Collaborating across departments and ensuring accuracy and quality of asset data.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and regularly review asset lists to ensure all information is accurate and up to date
- Upload and manage digital assets within our internal systems
- Maintain and enrich asset metadata and attributes to support efficient content management
- Prepare curated image selections tailored to customer needs
- Collaborate with different departments to align and coordinate content
- Support the team with daily operational tasks and ongoing projects
- Ensure high quality, consistency, and accuracy of all asset data
- Build and continuously expand your knowledge of our products
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with Asana or similar project management tools is a plus
- A proactive, hands-on team player with a collaborative and supportive mindset
