About the role
- Network Manager for developing custody strategies for digital assets at Deutsche WertpapierService Bank AG. Collaborating with stakeholders and managing regulatory compliance in the crypto environment.
Responsibilities
- Aufbau der Verwahrstrategie für Kryptowerte und Begleitung von Projekten im Digital-Asset-Umfeld
- Zentrale Ansprechperson für Verwahr- und Technologiepartner
- Durchführung von Service Reviews, Überwachung von SLAs und geeigneten Maßnahmen bei Leistungsstörungen
- Verantwortung für die Risikoanalysen der Kryptoverwahrer und Abstimmung mit dem zentralen Risikomanagement
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen und Dokumentation
- Ganzheitliches Denken in der Verwahrung, Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Bereichen
- Beobachtung regulatorischer Entwicklungen und Markttrends im Kryptoumfeld
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Hochschulstudium
- Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit bankaufsichtsrechtlichen Anforderungen (insb. MiCAR)
- Vertrautheit mit Begriffen wie Blockchain, Cold- und Hot-Wallet-Infrastrukturen
- Projekterfahrung und Kenntnisse agiler Methoden oder die Bereitschaft, diese zu erlernen
- Kenntnisse im Depotgesetz und Kapitalanlagengesetz sowie Berührungspunkte mit Datensicherheit und Risikomanagement sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1) für internationale Kommunikation
- Eigenständige Einarbeitung in komplexe Themen und Entwicklung kreativer Lösungen
- Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, nachhaltige Beziehungen aufzubauen
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen, auch ins Ausland
