Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and solution design for AI and tech initiatives
- Translate business needs into clear functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Business, IT, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Business analysis certifications (e.g. CBAP, PMI-PBA) highly regarded
- 10+ years’ BA experience, including 5+ in financial services
- Proven delivery of complex tech and AI projects in regulated environments
- Strong understanding of wealth platforms, banking systems, and investment tech
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and vendor evaluations
- Skilled in Agile practices, stakeholder management, and process modelling
- Proficient in data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and BA platforms (Jira, Confluence)
- Deep knowledge of financial services regulations and AI governance standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring capabilities.
