Conduct data modelling and mapping to support detailed analysis and enable effective solution design.
Identify risks, issues, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts.
Validate systems, products, platforms and services against requirements, experience goals, metrics, and targets.
Identify, analyse and engage a range of stakeholders to influence decisions, resolve problems, manage resolutions, and implement stakeholder engagement and communications plans.
Simplify information and decipher technical jargon so it is easily understood by nontechnical audiences.
Support and drive the testing and implementation of solutions.
Facilitate business transitions and help establish change and improvements.
Create and maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations and ensure business analysis deliverables are high quality and adhere to standards.
Support and guide less experienced business analysts by providing advice, sharing best practices, and assisting in their skill development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent.
5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis.
Experience in the payments technology and the financial industry.
