About the role
- Business Analyst managing regulatory and risk issues within payment systems. Engaging with corporate teams in a dynamic and purposeful environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Tribe's representative for regulatory matters and risk management: financial, non-financial, reputational and image risks;
- Participate in internal forums;
- Execute the internal operational risk management process;
- Liaise with internal control, PLD (Anti‑Money Laundering - AML), Compliance and Prevention areas for shared management of action plans and the monitoring of regulatory risks;
- Create and execute risk plans and action plans according to Sicredi best practices;
- Monitor and support ombudsman/complaints teams in coordination with other teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management or related fields;
- Previous experience with risk processes;
- Previous experience at a financial institution is a plus;
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services;
- Knowledge of process management;
- Good communication skills.
