Responsibilities
Act as the Tribe's representative for regulatory matters and risk management: financial, non-financial, reputational and image risks;
Participate in internal forums;
Execute the internal operational risk management process;
Liaise with internal control, PLD (Anti‑Money Laundering - AML), Compliance and Prevention areas for shared management of action plans and the monitoring of regulatory risks;
Create and execute risk plans and action plans according to Sicredi best practices;
Monitor and support ombudsman/complaints teams in coordination with other teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management or related fields;
Previous experience with risk processes;
Previous experience at a financial institution is a plus;
Basic knowledge of banking products and services;
Knowledge of process management;
Good communication skills.
