Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to EBA Outsourcing Guidelines by developing and implementing processes
- Identify and drive the automation of manual outsourcing activities
- Optimize existing outsourcing processes
- Work closely with stakeholders
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes
- Continuously monitor and improve outsourcing processes
- Support the IT Outsourcing Controlling & Oversight function
- Support assessing the impact of IT Outsourcing activities
- Determine and implement changes to the IT Outsourcing methodology
- Maintain governance controls including reporting and service reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant Financial Services experience
- In-depth understanding of EBA Outsourcing Guidelines
- Proficiency in process automation tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Proven track record in managing outsourcing activities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills
- Networking abilities locally and across other European legal entities
- Ability to influence senior management
