About the role

  • Business Analyst ensuring measurable business value from the Core Business Transformation program. Collaborating with teams to track and promote value realization within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement value realization frameworks and metrics across the program
  • Measure and track business value delivered by projects and workstreams, including financial and non-financial benefits
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify value drivers and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Provide insights and reporting on benefit realization to program leadership and stakeholders
  • Support decision-making by highlighting value gaps, risks to benefit realization, and opportunities for optimization
  • Promote a value-focused mindset across the program and organization

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s or preferably a master’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically 5–8 years of experience in business transformation, value realization, or program management
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive a value-focused mindset across diverse teams
  • Advanced analytical and communication skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership
