About the role
- Technical Business Analyst working on Salesforce and Marketing Cloud projects. Managing user support, data integration, and collaborating with business teams in a hybrid work setting.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer business needs and participate in planning, design and implementation of new or enhanced systems
- Troubleshoot ongoing technical and data integration issues within Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
- Manage UAT, as well as the adoption and enablement to hand back to functional users
- Provide ongoing user support including troubleshooting and resolution of complex Salesforce issues
- Strengthen Salesforce reporting capabilities by creating advanced reports and dashboards
- Build, optimize, and integrate advanced Marketing Cloud features such as Cloud Pages
- Collaborate with Marketing, Advising, and Digital Communications teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce/Marketing Cloud solutions
- Ensure data quality and consistency across Marketing Cloud and Salesforce
- Document processes, enhancements, and recommendations to support ongoing operational excellence
Requirements
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (mandatory)
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (mandatory)
- Demonstrated Salesforce Trailhead knowledge/ranking
- Salesforce Platform App Builder (Preferred)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist (Preferred)
- Strong skills in needs analysis and eliciting requirements from both technical and non-technical teams
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong comfort level working in Salesforce
- Experience with project management tasks, including requirements of writing and review, flow and process diagramming, and wireframing
- Understanding Salesforce skills, including AppExchange, data management, reports and dashboards, and Marketing Cloud or other similar CRM systems
