About the role
- Develop next generation technologies for the Invesco Vision portfolio construction and analytics platform
- Work closely with Product, UI/UX Designers, Technologists, and Quantitative Researchers
- Manage stakeholder requests with clear prioritization and translate complex business needs into technical requirements
- Act as liaison between business and engineering teams to ensure alignment on solution design, delivery timelines, and business outcomes
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
- Create and maintain documentation including user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria
- Integrate testing and validation early in the SDLC and coordinate/support user acceptance testing (UAT), tracking defects and resolving them
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for distinctive value creation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in fintech or financial services
- Strong domain knowledge in asset management
- Proven success in Agile product delivery, stakeholder engagement, and product development using design thinking
- Strong financial and technical acumen with hands-on experience in systems analysis
- Familiarity with MSCI BarraOne, Aladdin, Bloomberg, ESG Manager, Rimes, Morningstar
- Experience applying AI and Large Language Models to enhance data analysis and user experience in financial platforms
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
